Our construction experience has branched out into renovating multi-family buildings in the Louisiana Terrace section of Baton Rouge, just steps from the popular North Gates area of the LSU campus. Our goal is to completely renovate and highlight the architectural beauty of the existing structures. Tenants enjoy living in these one-of-a-kind classically beautiful buildings with all of the amenities of today's standard of living.  Over the last several years, the North Gates area of LSU has become highly desirable due to its close proximity to campus staples such as The Chimes Restaurant and Louie's Café as well as newer commercial development.
