The Peterson's Renovation project

Hidden away in the heart of Mid City is this custom renovated home. The goal was to preserve the "setback" lines of the existing house so we decided to take this house down to "40% framed"  on the existing slab.

Construction included:

• Raising the ceiling height to 10 ft

• Adding a master bathroom 

• Adding two-car garage and guest room       above

• Gourmet open kitchen design

• Outdoor kitchen and patio

• Reclaimed antique heart pine flooring 

          throughout the home. 

Today, the clients enjoy living in their spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3500sqft home.
